TopVPS Monitor is a free server monitoring tool, provided "as is" with no availability guarantee. By creating an account, you agree that:
- you will only add and install the agent on servers you manage or are authorized to monitor;
- external checks must only point to your own addresses and may not be used to test or overload third-party systems;
- you are responsible for keeping your password and each server's install token safe;
- email alerts may be delayed, land in spam or not arrive, and do not replace professional monitoring for critical systems;
- we may change limits (such as the number of servers per account), suspend abusive accounts or shut the tool down, giving notice whenever possible.
You can delete your account and all its data at any time on the monitor's "My account" page.
6. Intellectual property
The site's text, layout and visual elements belong to TopVPS.com.br, except third-party brands and names, which belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only for identification and comparison. You may quote excerpts with a link to the source; full reproduction requires permission.
7. Limitation of liability
